Pretty shady characters I have been hanging out with lately don't ya think?

Hey ya BIG STUD! Kayden is a sophmore this year at Rich High School. He worked outdoors all summer at the Bear Lake Golf Course and felt like a caged animal having to sit indoors all day today. I can't believe that in a couple of weeks he turns 16! Wow - a drivers license... blessing the sacrament... DATING! Oh my - I am not ready for all of this. I think I need a time warp for all my kids.

Miss Shani Banani is off to High School - what's up with that? She is much, much too young to be out there in the REAL world! Her Dad ask her how her day went and she replied, "How do you think it went? I am a freshman at a new school!" But she has agreed to return tomorrow and give it another try!

First day of school... where did summer go? Kamren was SO ready for school. Couldn't hardly sleep last night. The last picture is of him and his new 3rd grade teacher, MS. BARTHLOME. Yes, she is young. Yes, she is short. Yes, she will do an AWESOME job. She is a product of Rich High School and in her first year of teaching.

I am so busy with Razzleberries that I don't have time to play, but wanted to throw this picture on the blog. Have tried all day to think of a subtitle for it and am speechless. Any suggestions? Winning title gets a cup of raspberries!

Annual School Shopping Trip

We got to go down to the annual school shopping trip again this year (Layton Hills Mall). The kids had a blast. Before we got to shop, I had a school board meeting in Salt Lake. So we went down the night before and stayed in the Little America since the USBA was paying for us. We had a great time in the pool.
We all had a fun time shopping also. When we would go into a store for Shani or Kayden, we would leave Kamren and one of the kids on the bench-or clothes rack. :) When we would look back Kamren would be fast asleep! It was pretty dang cute.
On our way home, we stopped in to visit Grandpa Eck and look at a truck for Ned. He is wanting a new truck pretty bad.
